"insulted? i am pretty sure that you would feel insulted too if you got the service i got and you experienced what I experienced. i paid $38 but really got a \"drive through\" service equivalent. bryan did show me the trunk of my car first, then the back passenger area & then driver area which he covered the rug with a paper mat, so everything looked clean. it was only two days later when i was about to use my car again to take clients (the whole reason why i wanted my entire car cleaned -- totally defeated the purpose!) that i realized that bryan actually showed me the areas in my car that were not dirty even before i took my car in for a wash & by him placing a paper mat over the driver seat rug was his trick to hide the filthy rug. the dirtiest area in my car are the front passenger area as well as the driver side & both areas were in the same condition after the service. bryan said that it could be stain which would be imposible for them to remove. for your information, they were not stains, they're only dirty shoe marks from when it rained a couple weeks prior. he also stated that he will be sure to talk to his guys (basically lied that it wasnt him) about not rushing the job just because the shop was about to close. if you review your cameras, you will see that bryan himself serviced my car! i work in the entertainment business & we certainly dont cut our shows short just because we are all in a hurry to go home. I appreciate your effort in trying to rectify the problem, but the \"free car wash\" you offered isnt really free. i paid for the service but i didnt get the service i paid for which is unacceptable and asking people to come back is a huge inconvenience! that would mean that i would have to take a special trip to your business again & allot 45mins of my time again just so you can resolve the issue. none of this would've been an issue if the service was done properly the first time! wouldnt you agree? no one should ever be hassled to come back, be insulted by your staff & waste anyone's time because they have to write a complaint just so they could be heard. the type of service you offer is something that you have control over. we're not talking about a bad print out from kinkos here which would be considered a \"machine error\". your service is manual labor so, its really up to your staff if they care enough to uphold the standards you said your company is known for. the service that was rendered to me, clearly proves that your staff lacked care & honesty. so with that being said, yes its only fair that you offer to wash my car again. i wouldnt call it a \"free car wash\" though. but honestly, after all the inconvenience & frustration I've experienced with your company, I refuse to waste anymore of my time. at this point, i think its only fair that i get my money back. if only there is a way i could post all of the pictures i took, i would've posted them already just so you could see & understand why we feel the need to be heard!"^^ .
