I've called up to 12 times over 3 weeks before I will get a call back, and even after that my issue isn't resolved.\nThey appear to be understaffed, undertrained, and have little accountability. Mine is not a complex issue, and they can't handle it. I feel horrible for people who have needs greater than mine. \nThey really need some basic customer service training of answering the phone, returning calls, and following through on what they promise.
