The filet came rare, when j specifically asked for medium:butterflies. The waitress was completely incompetent and should be working as a gas station attendant, not as a server. She did not come out one time to check on the meal when it came incorrectly nor did she describe the menu/featured items to me when I told her it was my first time here. I also had to get up out of my chair to flag her down for assistance when my steak came out prepared incorrectly. It took over 10/15 minutes for them to reheat the steak (which caused me to eat the rest of my food so it wouldn't get cold). When the steak came out it was more than well-done. At this point I just ate it and paid the bill and left 15% gratuity that she didn't even deserve. Some manager or maybe john cutter himself came to the table to ask how the meal was---I told him what happened and he just said sorry and didn't really care to have the problem addressed. It would have been nice to have him come after the filet was reheated to ensure we were satisfied---oh well.
