You are not allowed to ask questions, even though that is his job. Not about sites, hotel, travel times etc. He has a way of embarassing people on the bus, for no reason.\n\nSome places he stops at for lunch/dinner are dives-that is the only way to describe them.\n\nYou can bus the bus travelling for 10+ hours. Even though there are bathroom breaks, you never stop at any sites along the way. We travelled about 12 hours and all you see is the highway. On our tour to Nashville, was all about being on the bus.\n\nYes we saw the Grand Ole Opry , Graceland and Cleveland's Rock n Roll were wonderful. However, we spent more time on the bus rather than seeing sites. We thought we would have time in Memphis, but we did not. We thought we would have time to walk around but did not. Just travelling on the bus to get to hotels which were far from our sites.\n\nA bus that had no air -think August. Totally uncomfortable & a perfect way to become ill. Peter was not concerned about our welfare. We understand things happen. But we understood this is not the first time this has happened. I think it is time to retire the bus. If a bus keeps breaking down, then it should not be on the road-especially, not long distance trips.\n\nIf a tour operator cares about his clients, their comfort & care then this should be his first consideration.\n\nWe will not go with this company again."^^ . . .
