While shopping around, we visited another chair store to see what they had available. We found stools that we liked there. Went home to think about the decision. Upon realizing that Chairsource carried the same manufacturer that we had selected, we reached out to the same individual to give them the opportunity to quote the stools we liked. She quoted higher, we went with the other store (not Chairsource). Here is where it goes bad.\n\nChairsource called several days later to inform us that they were \"ready to place our order\". Upon informing her that we selected another store, she hung up. She then sent an extremely rude email, informing us that we were never allowed back in the store and that after she spent all of the time and energy to help us with finishes and design, we should have selected her. Again, we were in the store for less than 15 minutes and the stools we were looking at with Chairsource were not custom designed.....they came in brown or black. She informed us that she copied her manager on the email to ensure that we would not be allowed in. \n\nThese chair stores are cookie cutter. They all offer the same products. What distinguishes them is service and price. In this case, Chairsource lost on both."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . .
