Needless to say, I am a huge fan of La Mansion de Maggie.\n\nWhen you walk in the restaurant you will see two big boards one with \"Buckwheat Flour Cr\u00EApes,\" which contains their savory selections and another with \"Whole Wheat Flour Cr\u00EApes \" which contains their sweet selections.\n\nI ordered a cappuccino, and \"French\" which is Egg, Ham, and Cheese. I also added Spinach for $1 extra. There is a water station right by the door that is self serve...my love brought our table some water while we waited for our cr\u00EApes and my drink. My Cappuccino came in a double insulated cup that kept my coffee hot throughout my dining. Mademoiselle Maggie has three Cr\u00EApe cookers on and was manning the kitchen herself, as well as taking and serving all the orders. All three of us in our party ordered savory cr\u00EApes, which all came with small salads with a perfectly balanced mustard dressing.\n\nThe Cr\u00EApes were a perfect shape and void of burnt edges. The egg on my cr\u00EApe came sunny side up egg and sat right in the middle of it. I love how simple and delicate the cr\u00EApe was...no fuss...just an envelope of good ingredients in a perfectly cooked Buckwheat flour cr\u00EApe. \n\nI will definitely come back here."^^ .
