My son suffers from asthma n we changed his health plan back to Mercy Care I thought they would be professional and call Mercy Care to get an emergency override on his script but the girl was to busy cleaning. And the pharmacist didn't even have a dang clue. Poor poor customer service I will not be going back again ever I prefer Fry's Pharmacy on 43rd Ave n Bethany Hm.
