So amazing I don't know where to start?!\n\nDecided to just show up to book my appointment (so that I could discuss my options) after reading all the fantastic reviews online. Met with Steve who was patient and THOROUGH with showing me all my options as well as talking about the pros/cons of each option. We booked the appointment for the next available time slot (which was about a week out).\n\nLet me just list off all the things that made this an awesome experience:\n\n1. Location is great for killing time while the tint is being installed....leather couches (which are super comfy), big flat screen tv with full channel selection, coffee, water, and even soft drinks\n2. ALL the guys working there are kind and informative as well as attentive to detail, not to mention that they treated my car like it was their own (which was super important to me because my car was less than a week old)\n3. Install was completed in the amount of time they said and was done IMPECCABLY!\n4. Aftercare instructions were thorough and easy to understand\n5. Never once was I \"fleeced\" or treated like \"just a dumb girl\"\n6. Every customer that was in there when I went for the \"consult\" and for the installation said this was THE place to get your work done (and they weren't wrong)\n7. There is a washroom for clients to use while waiting\n\nI could go on and on but I think you get the picture! Can't wait to trade this car in so I can get a new one to bring right back to these guys to tint again!\n\nOnly thing I regret is not going darker with the tint - I opted to go 30% all the way around and I wish I would have gone 15% in the front (YES I know that is not legal) and 5% (limo black) in the back. I was concerned that I would get a lot of tickets and my visibility out the windows (particularly night driving) would be too impeded. But now I know what I want for my next car!!\n\nThanks guys!
