Sometimes the wait was a bit long but usually between 15 and 20 minutes to get in to an exam room. The rooms were clean. Exams were always thorough, we never felt rushed and all of our questions were answered. Recommendations seemed sound, and we later verified through our own searches. We were always given, and explained options.\n\nWe also boarded our goldie a few times and she was always well taken care of and seemed happy, clean and spunky when we returned. We would ask how she did and we could tell by the response we received that she had been observed as we did not just get a stock \"she was ok\" reply. They could probably have better exercise facilities in this area tho.\n\nWhen our goldie began having health issues at 6+ years old the doctors (we saw several) were very thorough in examining her and explaining her marginally normal and borderline test results. We took a wait and see approach for a month. However after only two weeks we were back as her condition deteriorated. And then again a week later. Sadly our goldie rapidly went down hill with kidney failure. All of our options were explained at each stage, including tests and treatments which are sadly limited with dogs and kidney issues. All of our questions were answered thoroughly at each stage. \n\nWhen we had to make the very hard decision one person in particular at this hospital, Jennifer, was very supportive in every aspect or our pets final weeks and days. She was great and very caring. \n\nBy the way, this was very difficult to write as this is very recent."^^ .
