"I would just like to start off by saying that for context of this particular review, my family made reservations through Open Table for Mother's Day about a month in advance in order to ensure we had a place to eat for lunch. This, in the end, did not matter at all.

Without going into great elaborate detail, I'll just give you the issues we encountered:
· We were forced to order from an abbreviated menu that required you to spend $30 for an Appetizer, Entrée and a Desert. This resulted in members of our family that didn't want to order anything at all because there wasn't anything on the menu that they found appetizing or would fit into their dietary requirements. I will give praise to our server though. After asking the Chef if he would make anything special for our family member, he refused. So she asked her friend that happened to be working in the back that day to just make her a simple salad, which he graciously did.
· Because of the abbreviated menu and cost per person, we all decided to split our meals. Our server ensured us that splitting our meals would be a fine way to handle the situation and that there would be plenty of food for each of us if we chose to do that. This would turn out to be completely incorrect.
· After we ordered our food, we waited for about 35 minutes. Finally, the kid's meals for our kids came out along with a couple salads. The salads were not enough to split between two people and so, as a result, only the ladies in our party were able to eat the salads.
· We waited for another hour for our entrée's. After repeated apologies from our server, we finally told her that if we didn't receive our food within 2 minutes, we would be forced to leave. And so, with the snap of a finger, all of our food begins coming out. The portions we received are barely enough for one person to eat from. My wife and I along with others that ordered the Salmon, basically had 3 - 4 bites of food each from our entrées and that was it. The deserts were good, however.
· After all of this, all that we received for our trouble was an "I'm so very sorry" from our server. The manager never came out to apologize, the Chef never came out to apologize. They basically threw the server under the bus and said "handle it" from what we could gather. I felt very sorry and embarrassed for our server. No one offered to at least comp some of our meals or try to do something to make it right. Besides the fact that this was Mother's Day and we had a party of 14 people patronizing this establishment, it was by far the most horrendous dining experience I can ever recall having. I simply cannot believe it, even a day later. Just a completely unacceptable outcome that we were dealt.

I've learned today that this owners' other location closed down and this location is the only other one that remains. I'm not sure why the other closed but if this owner, chef and staff do not get their act together, this location will be closing down very quickly as well. I can assure you with all the other fine establishments that provide quality food and service in the area, people simply will not put up with a pile of crap like this."^^ . . "1"^^ . . "1"^^ . "5"^^ .
