The pick up time was late I was inconvenienced to the extreme.. The pricing was all over the place and when asked to review the call I was still quoted a different price.. Frustration to the most high... All of the arrangements that were set in place were never adhered to.. A big mess.. Never again.. When I called to have them pick it up because this is something I stated to them over the phone that it could not be in my complex over the weekend.. I got a sorry your not on my list to have this cube picked up and maybe just maybe we can retrieve this on Monday... For the money and the bleeping headache next time I will just drive my things myself... \n\nI don't recommend this people for anyone that is moving cross country, cross the street or across the universe... \n\nIt's shameful to say the representative that initially took my call and got me all geared up was very pleasant and a few along the way and then the poop hit everybody's fan... \n \nPS.. Miami was far worse then Phoenix but the after effect of Phoenix was they couldnt find my paperwork after needing my money (which I still feel was the incorrect payment) and then couldnt pick up per the contract...."^^ . . .
