Completed the form with personal and credit card information. Completion and thank you email was received. Upon check-in, the desk clerk said that I must register and provide a credit card. I explained that we were pre-registered and I can show you my ID. Clerk would not accept that and said I must complete the registration and provide a credit card for incidentals (a $50 hold). The clerk explained that the location was the only one that does not participate in this service. I asked why and he does not know.
