My favorite entr\u00E9e was the lobster bisque which I ate the next day.     Most importantly the service was immaculate. Julie was an excellent server; she answered all of my questions concerning the menu and kept the drink refills on tap.   On the other hand, the seafood gumbo's roux needs a little work.
