"Ordered take out hibachi from here for my birthday last Sunday & I wasn't too impressed. \n\nFirst, placing the order took 20 minutes (no lie) because the host wasn't understanding my order. I ordered two sushi rolls, fillet/shrimp combo dinner and chicken/lobster combo dinner. The host put me on hold for 6 minutes because he couldn't figure out his to ring it up. Still I was being patient, so he didn't ask how I wanted my steak cooked, so I said I would like the fillet to be medium rare, he said okay. Then he hung up on me!! I was so appalled because I was not rude to him at all!\n\nSo we go & get our order. We are missing the dipping sauces that come with the hibachi meals, we had a wrong sushi roll & my steak was well done. \n\nI was not impressed with this at all because our meal was a little over 100! When I called the restaurant no one wanted to help or seemed to care what I saying. \n\nIt's a shame because of what I did eat, the food was good. Just terrible service.
