"I set up an appointment through srp for an ac service for 69 dollars, I promptly received a call setting up an appointment from Aire Service of East Valley for the following week, Tina was very nice and cordial, assuring me after confirming my phone number that she would call to let me know what time their service person would show up and their name (they set block time appointments i.e. 8am-11am). Today was the day they were to stop by, 8am came and went, remembering that someone would call prior to the tech showing up I didn't sweat it, but just to be sure I opened my front door and waited. An hour later I checked the door and low and behold a business card saying that Cory was my service tech! What! I checked my phone (in my pocket with ringer on) no missed calls. I call and ask Tina what's the deal, she assured me that they called multiple times and the call was disconnected. The service tech also allegedly called and had the same problem so they left after banging on the door and ringing the door bell. Thanks guys, I'm glad I stayed home from work for you ding bats to screw up using a phone and a door bell. So long story short, I stayed home for nothing. On the bright side is that if you're afraid that the tech may break something when working, Cory is your guy - he's apparently a church mouse or too dumb to figure out how to use a door bell or even make noises with his voice. For the record I called my phone from another line and viola, it rang immediately. Perhaps I'm expecting too much, but I rescheduled with another company and had no problem getting service on the exact same day."^^ . "2016-04-12T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ . . .
