"2"^^ . . "We went in today 11/22 to buy a car after talking with the online sales rep Emerald for about a month. When we arrived we walked around the show room for awhile without anyone coming up to us, we finally found the help desk and asked to speak with Emerald, she wasn't working but her manager was there, I don't remember her name but she was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. She directed us to a salesman Kevin Cordaro and that's where it went downhill. He seemed uninterested and certainly not eager to sell any cars that day. \nAfter waiting quite sometime for them to run our information we decided to walk around and look at some cars, Kevin comes out says \"come with me\" and walks us to a used car on the lot. He never bothers to explain to us what we'd been approved for or what options we may have. When we get to the car he still doesn't mention anything to us he just starts rambling off details of this car like that's what we specifically asked for, we didn't. \nI finally cut him off to ask about our approval and what options we had besides this one exact vehicle, he told us \"it's an engine and 4 wheels, this is your only option, who's driving first?\" . I find it hard to believe out of hundreds of cars on the lot with the new year just one month away that they wouldn't show other cars or we had no other option. We were told sorry, it's this or nothing so we left. Now we will go to Henderson Honda instead and hopefully have a much better experience.
