Our waitress checked in on us frequently, and ensured everything with our meal was perfect! I enjoyed the atmosphere and the music they had playing. As many others have noted the bathrooms are really neat. Only downfall to the experience at Michaels is I found the amount of veg you got with your steak wasn't a lot at all.
