"4"^^ . "This was the very first place I've stayed in an actual suite-setting in Las Vegas. Came here with 9 other guys for a bachelor weekend party.\n\nFirst Impressions Upon Arrival\n\nMy friends all decided to self-park their vehicles at the parking garage. At first, it's a bit confusing to find the self-parking because the property shares its garage with Miracle Mile Shopping Center & Planet Hollywood,\u00A0but signs are fairly clear and we were able to find our way in quite easily. So while my friends waited in the front lobby, the 3 of them went in for check-in. We arrived at the property at around 14:00, and the room wasn't ready until 16:00, so during that time, we left all of our bags in one cart at the bell desk. At 16:00, we decided to check-in for the room--so far, smooth sailing.\n\nArrival at our Room/Duration of our Stay\n\nOur room was assigned to suite 1401/1402/1403, at the end of the fourteenth floor. It's quite an entrance, however there are three doors that would allow us to enter into our suite. It was really nice to have all three doors that would allow us to enter--I'll tell you why in a bit. When we got to our room, we couldn't believe how spacious the room was. We had the 4 bedroom suite--there was more than enough space for ten of us. It just keeps getting more deep and deep! The kitchen is quite nice--high end appliances, and nice bar area. The living room is quite spacious, and there's a large projection screen that comes down from the ceiling. The couch was very comfortable. We called the bell desk as soon as we arrived to the room, and after waiting roughly 20 minutes, they brought us 3 bags! What? Yes, only 3 bags. Do they think we only have 3 bags when 10 guys stay in a suite? This was kind of disappointing--they said that's all they had. We asked them to go back down to the bell desk and check again--they came back and apologized it was their fault for the missing bags, but they could've done it perfectly the first time had they checked. Oh well, that's where the 1 star falls apart to four out of five stars. Overall, the room was clean to my standards. I honestly liked the bathrooms the best--so huge and so much space. \n\nThe reason why I mentioned earlier that having 3 doors to access the room was a huge savior was because during our stay, we noticed our keys weren't allowing us to enter the suite through the main door. We even had hotel personnel check out our keys, which was no issue at all. There was an issue with the secure door system that prevented us from entering our suite from the main room. It was a bit annoying because it should work--the property management could've checked all of these things prior to guests staying at the room. Oh well, I guess everything isn't so perfect. \n\nLocation to the Strip\n\nOverall, I would've liked it if the location of the lobby area was a bit closer to the Strip. It was a bit of a hassle to walk thru Miracle Mile shopping area every time we wanted to go to the strip. Because of the proximity to the strip, most of our activity took place at PH, instead of visiting the other properties. \n\nOther Comments\n\nI was very impressed with the security of the property. At all hours, all guests must present their hotel room key to the hotel security personnel, and put it inside this machine to verify that each person going thru are all guests. I thought that was quite nice, and a nice touch to tell guests that yes, all are well secured. It's also nice to have a Starbucks that's not that crowded, and can get a coffee within a five-minute time frame. There is a pool on the premises, however it seemed a bit small.\n\nOverall grade: A"^^ . "2"^^ . . "2"^^ . . "2015-07-17T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ .
