One rider had an issue that was promptly and professionally handled by HyBikes staff. \nSO I checked out their retail space yesterday for the first time and was really impressed with the customer service and know-how of the salesman/technician. \nTest rode some bikes and they definitely serve their purpose. \nAnd these guys sell bikes all across North America. \nIf you're looking for an alternate mode of transportation without needing a drivers license or wanting to pay for gas, AND can take it on the metro (!) then I couldn't think of anywhere better to turn you to."^^ .
