While out there, I not only lost a significant amount of weight, but I made a journey of self-discovery. When we were done filming, I still had a span of time where I had to lose more weight leading up to our live finale, but it seemed as though something was missing from my workouts. It felt as though I was just going through the motions and boring myself.
