"My salesman was Bruce.\nI dealt with another salesman before him who was ok. \nI think between the two and the other salesmen I overheard dealing with customers and potential customers, I would not have made a purchase from anyone but Bruce.\nI know nothing about the 'talk', the 'game', the 'strategy' when it comes to being in a car dealership. I don't know how to compare this to other dealerships - I mean it was clean and bright inside, if that matters. And they had decent vending machines.\nClean bathrooms...\nOk so I was indecisive about my entire decision of purchasing a car. To spare the backstory, I had a choice between shelling out about $1000 on repairs to my vehicle or get a new one.\nI had no car note for at least 3 or 4 years.\nWho knew if the existing car would last me 3 years or 3 days?\nIt wasn't a piece of crap.\nBut...cars are cars.\nSo my mind was a wreck.\nI saw a few cars with the other salesman, narrowed down to one from that group.\nDebated for a day.\nWent back on a Sunday and met with Bruce because the orig salesman was off that day or something.\nI don't know if its just typical salesman technique and I don't care - Bruce put me at ease in a way I did not expect to be in such a situation. He was like that wise and kind uncle. Seriously.\nOlder guy that was super laid back. Seems incapable of being pushy. He has that attitude like, \"hey, this is a big decision so take all the time you need\".\nHe showed me a few cars, we test drove them due to encouragement from him. And he also gave me wise words on test driving, basically telling me you never know until you're on the road.\nNot overly chatty to where it comes off as fake or a tactic.\nHe listened to everything I said and gave feedback. Honest feedback. Cool uncle feedback. NEEDED feedback for a guy who was pacing the floor and sweating trying to make a decision.\nHe gave me real advice which was sincere.\nI bought a car.\nSeriously, I feel that if it wasn't Bruce I was dealing with, then I am still driving my old car.\n\nAs far as the cars they have and stuff like that..I don't really know how to compare that. THey have...a lot of cars. Nice cars. I can't tell you about if the prices are good. I honestly don't know. I did so much pricing and comparing back then that I never want to see monetary data side by side again.\n\nNow another person I dealt with was Robert, who is the finance guy. He did all my paperwork.\nAnother very friendly person. Personable. \nI won't go into it, but he extended a courtesy to me that goes above and beyond. I mean, most friend probably wouldn't have helped me out the way he did. Ok ok, so I mentioned food and I ended up with the keys to his Lexus to go grab some grub. I mean, who does that? Great to deal with through everything.\n\nSo yeah, that's why they get 5 stars. Oh, and I held off on writing a review until I dealt with their service team. Had some misinformation given to me over the phone. I had to pay more for an oil change than I was told, but...they discounted it. A lot of people would still be upset. Guess I'm not that guy. I was satisfied. The service was good as any other good service I got. And everyone I dealt with was friendly and patient. Those are my main two things - friendliness and patience.\n\nYou may not find what you're looking for here car-wise. Or payment wise. But go see Bruce. Ask for Bruce. Don't see anyone else BUT Bruce! If nothing else, you won't get screwed over.\n\n*edit \nJust went back and read some of the reviews. I have to say, Bruce didn't try to pander any \"Bill Luke this and Bill Luke that crap\". There was simply no BS. Oh and I love my car! I mean, if I hated my car, everything else would've been moot anyway."^^ . "0"^^ . . "5"^^ . "1"^^ .
