"I would say the service is good as far as friendly, being on time, etc. but a recent billing charge has made us tell our own customers to look elsewhere unfortunately. 6 months ago they tuned up our A/C units (two of them), and the tech said everything all set for summer and winter (he helped set the thermostats). Well a month ago heat was not coming on and we could not figure it out so we called to have them come. It ended up being the one tech not setting our thermostat for electric, so it took maybe 3 minutes to figure that out, and the tech was great at telling us it was set up wrong. Well they were going to charge us $67 for the visit after he called the office, but than sold us a 3 year monthly contract, but one week later they said could not do the monthly contract and needed upfront. So they charged us $18 for first month of contract, and than I called to say just charge us the $67 for the visit, which to be honest it was their other tech that set our thermo to gas, and so 3 minutes was $67. Person on phone said well it will just be $90 than for the visit, and I said initially it was $67, so why the difference?? Well now they are not only charging us the $67, but not crediting the $18 since there was no monthly 3 month contract option. So fine, the $67 for 3 minutes was fine with us though still left bad taste, but now it is $67 and the $18 for 3 minutes of work. We do not like to write bad reviews, but we had to based on the billing fiasco nonsense.
