"Went today with two of my co-workers for lunch. It was our first time trying Bourbon Street, and it was close to our office, so we decided to give it a shot.\n\nPros:\n- All of the food was tasty. Hamburgers were better than we expected, and the Catfish Po'Boy was actually quite impressive; enough so that none of us noticed that we didn't get the tomato we had asked for, because they were out.\n- Good selection of video games\n- Good craft beer menu\n\nCons:\n- Cash only. They have an ATM.\n- Service. There was only (seemingly) one server working, who was also cooking the food. We got our first order of drinks relatively quickly, but our cups then sat empty for quite some time while we waited for our food. In addition, we were supposed to receive free game tokens with our meals (1 token for each dollar we spent), but the server forgot about them until we were ready to pay our bills and return to work.\n- Our sandwiches and french fries did not come out together, and in fact, one of us was nearly done with his burger by the time his fries arrived. He was comped for his fries -- because the first batch burnt -- but even the other two of us had to wait about five or seven minutes, after our sandwiches, for our french fries. \n- We weren't informed that they were out, or low, on a couple of things we asked for -- sides of dressing for our french fries, tomatoes for our sandwiches -- until after the food arrived, and in the case of the tomatoes -- as mentioned above -- the server didn't even mention it until we were almost done.\n\nOverall, the food was good, and I'd even go so far as to say better than we expected. However, the lackluster service, along with the fact that this is a cash only establishment, are a couple of strikes against us returning, at least for lunch. Having said that, I would absolutely have an after-work get together here, when the focus could be on the video games and bar-tops, and not on how quickly we can get our food and get back to work."^^ .
