He was great a calling to confirm a time table for when he would arrive. He was friendly and pleasant. He was detail-oriented and efficient at the same time. He made sure no debris from the trees on our driveway got in the seal for the glass. He explained the warranty on the glass and how it works. He was super nice and professional.
