"My fiance and I came here for the $99 power couple special, which features an 8-oz filet & signature crab cake, two sides, a choice of salad and desert. \n\nWe tried the Del's salad and Classic Caesar salad, my usual favorite. Del Frisco's Caesar salad left much to be desired, it lacked flavor and needed more dressing. On the other hand, the Del's salad, which came with two thick slices of bacon, was delicious. \n\nFor the entree, I enjoyed the crab cake more than I did the steak. The crab to filling ratio favored the crab more than the filling, it was the best crab cake I ever had. Why can't all places make their crab cakes this way? The filet was average, nothing out of the ordinary.\n\nFor sides, we tried the sauteed mushrooms and spinach supreme, both okay. We would've enjoyed the mushrooms more if they were sliced, rather than whole.\n\nTheir banana bread pudding was outstanding. Surprisingly, it was topped with local vanilla ice cream, which according to the waitress had a high fat content. Ice cream beats vanilla sauce any day. The bread pudding had a slight crisp to it and when mixed with the ice cream, was amazing. I would go back for the bread pudding alone.\n\nThe service was fantastic. It was the fastest I have ever seen someone clear our table at a Steakhouse.\n\nExceptional value for $99!!"^^ .
