"I always heard great things about this salon, so I figured I would give it a try.\n\nI made an appointment with Niza to have my hair colored. Within minutes, I realized how incredibly overbooked he was. The woman at the front desk kept laughing every time another client would come in to see him & made comments like, \"good luck\" or \"should I start telling them to come in later?\" and I guess he thought he could handle it. His assistant ended up coloring about 75% of my hair and did a TERRIFIC job. \n\nNiza did the other 25%... and that's where the problem was. Niza, the guy who I was actually spending a lot of money for, was so rushed and missed a ton of spots in my hair.\n\nA few days later at an out of town wedding, people kept asking why I had all these uncolored spots in my hair. It was equally embarrassing and frustrating because I paid quite a bit of money for this service. I called R Salon to try to get a refund, but they wouldn't. I then called Niza to try to get a refund, and all he offered me was another free color with him.... which doesn't quite make sense to me. I'm not sure why I would want to go back to the hairdresser that couldn't even color my hair correctly. \n\nIdk... I feel bad writing a complaint... but it really was awful.
