Before buying this car, I had read on the internet how Chrysler FIAT cars have the worst reliability in the car industry but I really liked the looks of the new Chargers, so I bought it brand new. \n\nSince buying the car, I have had numerous problems and it has been frustrating getting them addressed. For one, most of the new cars, with the pricier displays have ridiculously obtrusive weather alert pop ups , which take your eyes and attention off the road and display a huge pop up on your screen telling you that its either hot or windy in Nevada, Arizona and California. Second, the UConnect systems on all these new cars are absolute garbage. I had tons of problems with mine and it was replaced, patched with the newest upgrades and still had problems. Next my USB ports went out and I also had a transmission issue which Sahara dodge addressed \n\nSo I had so many problems with Sahara Dodge that I went to this dealership instead. Granted I'm not the most patient person but I bought a new 40,000 dollar car so that I wouldn't have to go the dealership for repairs. So when I went into this dealership I went straight to the service director Jack Farris. He seemed like a nice guy at first and I explained to him and Jason my issues. I had also complained to corporate and the dealership was supposed to work with corporate on it. We had agreed that the Sirius service would stay disabled so that I wouldn't get the pop ups. \n\nThey called me two days later to go pick up my car and of course it wasn't actually ready yet so I had to wait a while. Then after that I spoke to a tech who seemed confused and in a frustrating way told me that ALL the cars have weather alert pop ups and problems with the UConnect systems. He told me everybody is reporting it. I then had to explain again to him the issues even though I was picking up my car. I noticed that the Sirius service had been enabled, to which the frustrated tech told me that nobody had told him. So I pushed Jason and Jack to disabled the services so that I don't get the ridiculously, obtrusive pop ups. They did, I waited some more and then I said thanks and left.\n\nI called Jack Farris back because my paperwork did not state that the USB ports had been addressed. I asked if the future patch he had spoken about would fix this. I also mentioned that I had read on the internet that some people have their USB wiring harness replaced. He seemed frustrated that I was even calling and said that he had 20 other cars in the bay. Yes I get it, with all these faulty cars and problems, you guys are all frustrated and have tons of work. He then gave me a bizarre lecture about cussing at his employees which I never did. I did however previously tell Tigh at Sahara Dodge that I was tired of these f'en pop ups but I never cussed at anybody at Desert 215 , however Jack felt the need to lecture me, even though the truth was that his Tech was rude to me and Sahara Dodge had also been rude to me and even bad mouthed this dealership. I challenged Jack to ask his tech or Jason if I had cussed at them and he just kept wanting to lecture me. I then called him a liar for accusing me of cussing at his employees, to which he said he wasn't going to work with me and I would have to work with Gus. \n\nThis has been an absolute nightmare and I encourage everybody to stay away from Chrysler FIAT vehicles. You are buying the least reliable cars in the industry and will become part of their Quality Assurance person. You will have to go to the dealership numerous times and have to deal with employees who are very frustrated about the cars they sell not working. Yes, they are very nice when you walk in and buy the car. Yes, they offer you water and smile but after you buy the car you will be at the service department over and over, dealing with people who know that they sell cars with tons of problems."^^ .
