"I went in to get a few squares of thin metal squares with adhesive backing to stick on the edge of the drawers in my RV to protect them from marring due to latches that I installed to hold them shut while driving. When I described what I wanted the owner immediately came up with a piece of brushed aluminum with an adhesive backing. When I expressed concern that a piece of clothing could snag on one of the corners and pull it off he disappeared for a couple of minutes and came back with the edges rounded on all of the pieces. When I asked what I owed him he refused to accept payment although I would have been more than happy to pay him since it was exactly what I needed. That speaks volumes about his character and integrity. When the owner will do something like that for you without charge and that attention to detail you know that he's going to go out of his way to provide great customer service and quality for a paying customer and not try to nickel and dime you.
