. "My bad experience with Encore hotel Las Vegas. \n1. The welcome at the entrance wasn't exist, there was a lot of employees standing and speaking to each other. No other gusts around and still no one coming and suggest to help you bring the car or take the bags! No one trying to help you!\n2. On the Check in they trying to give you deferent and cheaper rooms from what you ordered and paying for. You need to change the room twice to get what you ordered. It's far away from the spectacular view on the strip as they promised!\n 3. The cleanness in the room wasn't as expected, there was almonds on the carpet in the leaving room from the previous guest and a lot of dust (on the toilet paper dispenser, mirrors, nightstands etc)\n4. The hotel and specially the buffet employees don't give you the correct information about all the charges and the fees for their services.\n5. I had late check out - they disturb me 3 times during 1-4pm about my check out time knocking on the room door.\n6. On my check out I asked to speak with manager about my experience, and the only thing he had to say that he is sorry.\nIt's far away from the expectations and the price that you paying to stay at this hotel, for sure not 5 stars!
