Where I have a problem is that they failed to tell me about the increase. They charged my credit card and I walked out the door. When I later looked at my receipt, the price seemed higher than normal. Next time I went in, I asked and the owner about it and she called me a liar and said I never paid the amount they had been charging me the previous 3 years ($1.50 vs. $1.75 laundered shirts). \nI didn't like that she lied and called me a liar, but accepted the increase and continued taking clothes to them. \nAnother year goes by and this time I dropped off 47 shirts to be laundered. Once again, I look at the receipt the next day and again notice another increase.\nWhen I returned to pick up clothes, she again said they raised prices a year ago, and if I didn't like it to take my clothes to Scottsdale.\n\nDeceptive yearly price increases to regular/monthly customers should SCREAM what they consider ethical business practices. \nTurnaround time also became excessive over the last couple of years as well, just as another Yelper said.\n\nThere are FAR better options in Fountain Hills, I suggest using them and staying clear of Super (Deceptive) Cleaners!"^^ .
