"MOTTO: We don't take responsibility what happenes to your important documents.\n\nTried to get a letter next day from Stoughton to LA to get my daughter registered as an American Citizen in college and from Thursday/Friday, 14/15 Aug. 2014 they could not get this done until I left on the 19th of August 2014. Come to find out that the individual at the store send it 1st Class USPS. Response from the owner and DUSTIN is that she is 16 years old, her first job and mistakes happen ( the job according to Dustin is also un-skilled labor......). That it is unacceptable and she will be talked to was the response from owner again. On 08/20/2014 went personally there to see what happened, after I fought and drove in LA to get my daughter registered in college, that Dustin only had a smirk for me and a confused look and questionsed me if I ever made a mistake. The owner followed and a letter of apology was rendered and cost for envelope will be given. Employee is still working there, since he has a soft heart for people making mistakes. I implied that the loss of a passport is over $125.00 and I had to drive around to get financing established for my daughter and owner would reimburse me. MY POINT: I have not seen it in -30- years that overnight shipments can not be made and the excuse that a NEW employee is left alone to make (repeated mistakes, admitted by owner) is not permissible if you are in the service industry."^^ . .
