The card is supposed to save a record of everything you buy there. Nonetheless, you have to go online and register the card yourself, because if you don't the store will not do it for you. I feel the store should yield you both options to go online and to register in the store. My mother does not understand a computer the way a \"Millennial\" would. Hence, she would never be able to use this card. \n\nLowe's needs to really rethink how they do things to include all age brackets. Not everybody has time to go online to fill out forms.
