"I am very disappointed in this place. I bought a 2014 Ford focus about 4.5 months ago. It has under 40,000 miles on it. At the time I bought this car I thought I would be going back there for my next vehicle. The salesman was very nice and did what he could to get me in my car that fit the price I wanted. \n\nYesterday my car stopped working. I called today and explained to someone what happened to my car and that I only recently purchased it. His response was, \"well we can't predict the future.\" When a client is calling in distress because they spent a lot of money with you and their product is not working. This type of statement isn't helpful. \n\nAfter getting this response I text the man that sold me my car. (He had wished me a happy birthday not to long ago so to me that showed he cared about his clients.) The text attached shows me he doesn't actually care. In fact I am infuriated by the response. \"Ooops sorry to hear that\" should never be in a response! I will never be returning to this place!\n\nMy warning: Be careful of the car you buy.
