In my opinion she alone should get 5 stars, but I can't give 5 stars here due to my overall experience. If I didn't factor her in at all, I would not even want to give 1.\nMy old primary gynecologist that I went to for many years no longer accepts my insurance, so I've been painstakingly trying to find a reliable new one, which we all know can be a trying task.\nFirst of all- get your online patient portal fixed. I still have yet to receive confirmation of my registration on the portal, which I've requested multiple times now, and was hoping to use to more conveniently book any future appointments, if necessary. And when I was first deciding on this group, I saw the online patient portal and attempted to use it to proactively get my new patient forms done, but it wasn't working. I actually took a good half hour filling out the forms online only to get a message that they were not completed, it wasn't working, and it directs you to call the office if it doesn't work. When I did, I spoke to a rather indifferent staff member saying yeah, it doesn't really work, just get here 20-30 mins early to do them there. I arrived 35 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and was immediately asked if I had my forms done from the online portal. This was annoying, since I'd tried so hard to do them on the portal, only to be told on the phone to just forget it. Very conflicting information. I did, though, have a few weird looking print outs I attempted to print from the online portal, hoping to salvage some of the work I'd done there, but it didn't print all of them. The staff member at the desk took a few, and after signing the last few forms I was not able to print from the portal, it was approximately 25 minutes before my appointment time. 40 mins later a lady came out and called for \"Katlin, or Katelyn?\" My legal name is Kathlyn, and no one gets it right, they usually pronounce it the way she did. I looked around for a second, said that must be me (I would not have answered to someone else's name), and was taken back. The staff, however, needs to know for sure who they are calling back. The staff member took me to get my vitals and mentioned while she took them that it'd been awhile since my last visit. I told her this was my first time at the office, which confused her, but she didn't do anything about it or reference her paperwork. While waiting after the vitals, she started calling some other woman's name, \"Kirsten\", then finally came up and told me she thought I was \"Kirsten\". I told her no, confirmed my name, and she very impatiently ushered me into an exam room while she got my correct paperwork. In the room, she showed me mistakes on the paperwork she had to correct since she thought I was someone else, and asked why I would answer to the other girl's name. I told her she called my name, and she argued with me that she had not, was very rude, impatient and send out out, and told me I was mistaken. I told her she said my name, and that I was very confused at all of this. She then just started saying it's okay, it's okay, and that the PA would be in shortly. I then waited in the exam room for a half an hour more before the provider came in. \nAfter all this, the visit with the provider, Stephanie Dastrup, was very good, she was very thorough, great to talk to, and I felt she valued my time, unlike the office staff I encountered on the phone, in the waiting area, and with the staff member who took me back. I hope if I choose to return, I can get the same good experience with your office staff as I got directly with PA Dastrup."^^ . "0"^^ . .
