Our server I think Alfredo was very attentive and never let our drinks empty.  Plates also never sat on the table creating clutter. \nThe food was excellent!! \nSalad bar is a little small but with all the excellent entree choices it didn't bother me at all. \nShrimp cocktail was available and delicious. \nThe salmon was bursting with flavor and very fresh\nAll selections tasted fresh and were full of flavor unlike other buffets I have encountered. Trays were constantly being switched out for fresh options.\nWhile there were plenty of choices I was disappointed by the variety of sushi which only contained California rolls and a veggie roll. The dessert bar was also a little flat. The ice cream is amazing and all of the desserts had beautiful flavor and appetizing designs.
