"Stoneworks buys a smaller granite company Out and then claims zero responsibility or accountability of the stone of the company they purchased? 7 chips in our granite in the first year of having it. By the time we were able to track down our contractor to have him give us our receipt from the granite (bc the granite place would not work with us until we had the invoice and had no paintwork on our granite supposedly bc was in our contractors name) and then our contractor met with stoneworks that bought SGHI granite, stoneworks supposedly said they would \"work with us\" and \"make things right\". That was January 9, 2018. Contractor kept giving excuses on following up and now stoneworks claims no knowledge of this meeting and agreement and will send out a technician for an estimate AT OUR EXPENSE, and then repairs would be at our expense. I'm not sure how that is working with us, or make things right. The amount of chips in a year with just two adults living in the house seems to be poor quality stone in the first place! This has been a terrible experience."^^ . . "2018-05-17T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . .
