Please tell me how 3 weeks ago we were able to get a pass with no problems and now it's an issue? The staff member rejected my fianc\u00E9 and told him that the only way he would be able to get a pass was if I had two children. This gave me a lot of anxiety as I waited to board my plane. I've never been so disrespected. Not even a sincere apology was given. I will be letting my family and friends know about this experience and I may not even fly Hawaiian airlines when I return back to Las Vegas after this trip.
