After 2 days of no response from the company I called and left a message with a voice answering machine. 2 days later someone called me back, but said they needed another day to check prices on an 8 cartridge pool filter, which they claimed to be defective. The next day I received a call and was told the new cartridge filters would cost approximately $600.00. I then contacted another pool company to diagnose the problem and they said it was a broken filter manifold that would cost $110.00 to repair. I told them to do the repair since I had already lost trust in Leisure Time. I wanted to contact Leisure Time through their website, but the site did not load. I tried 3 times on 2 different days. I don't think this company provided a fair and honest evaluation on my pool problem. I don't think the warranty company did a good job in vetting this company."^^ . "1"^^ . . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
