The first time I came was a little more than a month ago on a Sunday. Denise was the only one there and she was as welcoming and as helpful as could be. I loved my time there....\n1. Several brushes to use during the dog bath\n2. Raised dog tubs was temperature control\n3. Having a vast selection of shampoos by preference of purpose or scent\n4. Separate blueberry acai facial for the dog\n5. Unlimited towels\n6. Nice sized aprons to ward offer the inevitable drenching once your dog shakes off the excess water\n7. Blow dryers with various settings\n8. Brushes and combs available in the drying area\n9. Pet colognes available for a dollar if you so choose\n10. No messy clean up at home\n11. All of this for a base price of $15\n\nI thought all of it made for a great experience. Back home, I had a raised dog tub and did all my dog's bathing and grooming at home. I mean Hawaii is perfect year round. But Vegas winter is not so forgiving. Hosing your dog down at home with no temperature control and the clean up to boot...that's no fun for anyone.\n\nMy second visit was right before Thanksgiving. My mom was coming in to visit and she has bad allergies to pet dander. As long as my dog has been bathed well, she has no problems. So of course, I was waiting until the last possible day to do this. As fate would have it, my flight got delayed and I didn't think I was going to make it. I called and the owner picked up, explained to her and said I wouldn't even dry my dog there....all I absolutely needed was to bath my dog. (The cut off for the last bath on the weekday is 1800) I told her I would get there by 1815. She said as long as I came by that time, no later. Luckily, I made it there at 1755. *phew* so I got to bath and dry my dog. But just the fact that they were willing to extend the time, the evening before the holiday no less. I was quite humbled and thankful for them putting the customer first. My dog left clean, smelling great and mom had no allergic reaction over the holiday. I love the Soggy Dog and would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to or can't do the bathing at home but not interested in sending your dog to the groomers. This place is great!"^^ .
