"I brought my car in to have my sound system repaired (for the third time) and two separate techs told me there was an OBVIOUS distortion in my front speakers. After waiting an entire day for my car, impacting two job work schedule, i received a phone call that their \"system\" could not detect anything wrong with my speakers. Therefore, they refused to look further into the problem. Odd how my warranty expires in 2k miles. I have never been to a dealership with such a lack of customer service. The fact is there has been an obvious issue with my speakers for several months, verified by two technicians. This will be the last time I take my 2014 Ford Fusion in for service at this location.
