I lost my receipt and they were able to pull up my purchase using the card I made the purchase with. I was told that I would have to go to Samsung to have them issue a repair or refund. Samsung wouldn't honor the warranty because they had an issue with the machine being from the US even though it was purchased in Canada. \n\nI got a call from the store a day later from the manager at CT who had heard about my issue and told me to return to the store for a store credit. I am now the proud owner of a Dyson. (PS, don't buy Samsung vacuums!)\n\nThanks Naeem and CS cashiers I dealt with. You made my day."^^ .
