Richard was very easy to work with and also realistic in his approach to what the job was likely to cost. He also directed us to his suppliers to select tile, etc for the job.\n\nWe also used outside vendors for some things (counter tops, vanities, etc) and Richard worked well in adjusting the schedule to accommodate them.\n\nUnlike other companies, most of the people that worked our job were employees of the company and not Sub-Contractors.
