They are SO amazing and caring and very thorough.  My children love them and I trust them.  However, the office staff and nurses can be very unfriendly, unhelpful and demeaning.  It is obvious that they are very busy and patients are no longer a priority.   If I didn't love Dr. Vargas and Dr. West so much I would stop going there just for the poor treatment we receive from the rest of the staff."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
