He arrived on time and completed the job within the time he estimated and the carpets were immaculate when he left. Oddly enough, when I had my move out inspection, the property manager found a stain on the carpet in the dining area (which had an area rug on it the entire time I lived in that apartment and was surely NOT there when Justin completed his cleaning). I called Justin to ask if he noticed any stains and he confirmed there were none when he left. Nonetheless, he was back at my apartment within a half hour of my call (with a beaming smile) and removed the suspicious spot. He said something must have come up from the padding during his cleaning. Not only will I use Elite Floor and Furniture Cleaning for my future needs, but I will recommend him to anyone that needs his services. Thank you Justin!
