"I come this target very often and always had good experiences. But this time, my trip to target was very upsetting. I came to target with some of my family from out of town. My aunt was trying on some clothes. The women name Monica at the fitting room was very rude and I don't understand why. She told my aunt to return the clothes that she does not want back to her. My aunt didn't understand so Monica repeated back to her. My aunt said okay. For some reason Monica looked back at me and my mom giving a bad look like she had a problem with my aunt. The whole entire time she was giving horrible looks. When my aunt was done, she said thank you to Monica and Monica just took the clothes and toss it to the side. Monica said thank you to other customers when they return their clothes but when it was my aunt she didn't even say anything. If you don't like your job then quit. When she say that! Me and my family absolutely didn't do anything wrong and we definitely did not deserve that. My family and I were extremely upset. I really hope the manager looks into this and talk to this associate. I was unable to talk to a manager because it was towards the end of the night. I understand, I've done retail before. It's the end of the night, you got a lot of things to do. But still, good customer servicing makes your job better. Why? It prevents upset customers.
