"They are a nightmare to deal with if you ever have to call customer service or God forbid their BILLING DEPARTMENT - there is a male who works there who is very unprofessional and if you are on any form of Medicaid he will treat you like you are subhuman. NOTE TO COMPANY: If you have chosen to accept any form of insurance then you have accepted the fact that the people using it are YOUR CUSTOMERS and are therefore worthy of the same RESPECT you would give a millionaire paying cash for their supplies (if that's even possible). It is not our fault that the insurance company does not compensate you in a manner you feel is adequate - THAT IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT.
