They had a tech hear the following morning at 8am. Unfortunately the 15 yr old unit could not be repaired, but they gave me a very fair price and warranty on a replacement unit. Plus they had it installed in two days from the time the old one broke. Can't say enough good things about this company. Honest, trustworthy, on time and thorough.
