I've been with AT&T for over a decade and had never experienced such piss poor customer service. \n\nI walked in an hour after they opened to see what needed to be done to separate four phone lines and open up a new account. There was only one employee behind the counter tinkering with a computer. No acknowledgement. There were about 5 people when I walked in, all whom were waiting. I asked a lady next to me where we needed to sign in, she said I had to wait until an employee approached me. Another customer walked in a few minutes after I walked in, same thing with him, he was not acknowledged by the employee who was still tinkering with her computer, a few minutes after that, she just goes to the back room. Two employees emerge from the back room and start helping some customers that had already been waiting prior to my arrival, still no acknowledgement, so the man that walked in after me left. I still decided to wait until a third employee emerged from the back, she looked right at me, then walked right past me, seriously? I was livid, I left. Previous to this experience, my husband had been in to get his upgrade and renew the contract, long story short, he didn't get to renew and he has installment payments on his phone. \n\nDo yourself a favor and drive a mile down Warm Springs to go to the AT&T store on Rainbow and Robindale. Supberb service at that location, you'll get acknowledged and helped immediately, plus you won't have to deal with any shady tactics by the employees trying to earn commission."^^ . "6"^^ . "1"^^ .
