. "Don't do it! I had usually taken Suburban Express when I wanted to go back to the Chicagoland area and was unable to bum a ride from a friend as it had always been cheaper with all the coupons they gave out and seemed less shady, but decided to try out LEX when I got a coupon for a free one way trip from someone (while waiting to board my Suburban Express bus).\n\nIt's almost doubly expensive to ride LEX for one thing, and takes at the very least four hours to get up to the Chicagoland area. That, and they don't tell you beforehand that there maybe a transfer along the way where they dump you at Chicago Ridge Mall I believe it is and you need to sit around for upwards of an hour waiting for a van to show up and take you into the city. I don't know it was just the driver I had or if this is true about all the shuttle drivers, but he was one reckless driver. When he wasn't running redlights and careening around corners, he was slamming on his breaks upset over the fact the person in front of him decided to abide by the law and stop when the light turned red.\n\nBasically, the commute up to Chicago was so bad, that I spent an extra $20 so I could come back on a Greyhound and not have to deal with all that crap again.\n\nWhile Suburban Express isn't perfect, it sure beats the crap out of LEX and I would recommend them over LEX anyday."^^ .
