. "0"^^ . . "I originally wrote a one star review. That was more about my horrible experience with the Alamo Claims Department and Alamo 'customer care'. We have been renting from this Alamo location since 2008. The service had always been great at the counter. The manager did his very best to make things right with the issue regarding the Claims Department. He was very professional, even when I was losing it on him about things he was not in control of. I appreciate the manager's calm demeanor. I eventually came around to acknowledge Phoenix/Mesa Airport Alamo didn't fail me, the claims department did. They are belligerent pigs to deal with, and Alamo 'customer care' really doesn't, until you write a negative review. At that point, they are all over your issues/concerns.\n\nH, the manager at Phoenix/Mesa, single handedly brought us back as the loyal customers we were. Well done, H. You are awesome!"^^ .
